The people on the front desk are all cooperative to make you have a nice stay, especially Bianca and the other concierge team. the restaurant has magnificent view of Sao Paulo.

Everything was perfect. From the moment we step our feet in the hotel to the day we were checking out, all the staff made sure our stay was perfect. And it was! Would highly recommend the place and I’m sure I will be back next time in SP.
